Privacy at Swaydrobe

Private by default. Clear about what happens next.

See any outfit on you before you buy it. Here is the plain-English guide to body photos, consent, deletion, retention, and previews.

01

Your body photo has one job

When you save a body photo, Swaydrobe uses it to prepare your private try-on experience alongside a garment from your wardrobe. The photo is associated with your account so you can return to that fitting-room setup.

The current product does not generate or publish a try-on result yet. Your saved photo is preparation for that private experience, not a public profile image or a post.

02

Consent is affirmative

You must actively agree before a body photo is saved. Only upload a photo you have the right and permission to use.

If another person appears in the photo, you are responsible for making sure they have consented to its use too. Do not upload someone else’s image without permission.

03

Private by default

Your body photo is kept private to your account. Sharing is disabled by default: the current try-on preparation flow does not place your photo in a public feed, profile, or public gallery.

Keep using the account controls as the source of truth for what is saved. We do not treat a private fitting-room photo as content for public discovery.

04

You can remove it

Use the visible Remove control in the try-on fitting room to delete your saved body photo. Swaydrobe removes the account record and the stored photo copy together.

For an account-level deletion request or a question about a retained image, email swaydrobe@polsia.app. Include enough detail for us to understand your request, but do not send a body photo by email unless we ask you to.

05

Current retention expectation

A saved body photo remains in your account until you remove it. The current product does not apply an automatic expiry, so use Remove when you no longer want the photo stored.

This page describes the current product behavior. If that retention behavior changes, this policy will be updated before the change becomes the new expectation.

06

A preview is not a promise

Any future AI-assisted try-on preview will be an approximation to help you explore a look. It may vary with the source photo, pose, lighting, garment shape, and styling details.

Treat a preview as visual guidance, not a guarantee of fit, color, fabric, proportions, or final appearance. It is not a substitute for checking the retailer’s product information or trying a garment on in person.
